I've been using Bet.co.za for a bit and I'm pretty chuffed with it. They got loads of international and lesser-known lotteries, with nice odds. Customer support is solid, and I've had no issues. Reasonable prices, 5% fee for credit cards, but the 6% tax on horse racing is worth it. All in all, it's a great site for South Africans.

Bet.co.za's just fine, but not amazing. Only for South Africans, with okay odds and a decent variety of lotteries. But the 5% fee and 6% tax are a bit heavy. Customer support is limited, though.
